Interwencja trwała 3 miesiące. Do pacjentów w grupie badanej dzwoniono co 2 tygodnie na przestrzeni całego okresu badania w celu udzielenia im wsparcia oraz weryfikacji czy osiągają wyznaczony cel.

The intervention lasted 3 months. Patients in the study group were called every two weeks throughout the study period in order to provide support and verify that they were achieving their goal.

Rozmowy telefoniczne były krótkie około 5min., ale obejmowały także możliwość zadawania pytań.

Phone calls were short, about 5 minutes, but also included the possibility of asking questions.
