To ustalenie jest stałe i niezależne ode mnie, ponieważ dodatkowo płacę alimenty na moją córkę start learning		This arrangement is permanent and not dependent on me, as I also pay child maintenence every month for my daughter.
Z tego powodu nie mogę być brany pod uwagę przy weekendowych zmianach, nawet w przypadku losowania, jeśli nie ma ochotników. start learning		Because of this, I cannot be considered for weekend shifts, even in the case of random allocation if there are no volunteers
Dodatkowo, kiedy kończę poranną zmianę, odbieram ją ze szkoły i również nie chciałbym tego zmieniać start learning		In addition, when I finish a morning shift, I pick her up from school, and I would not like to change this arrangement either.
