The position of an adjective

How to form a question? (1)

Vous parlez français. –> Parlez-vous français? (You speak French. -> Do you speak French?)

(interrogative word e.g. "who", "when" etc.) + "est-ce que" + subject + conjugated auxiliary "aller" + infinitive
